This interactive and unique program will look at the effect of recent changes in civil procedure on your litigation practice. Our facilitators will also explore the influence of the Sedona Canada Principles in your preparations for electronic discovery.
Working in small groups with a facilitator, you will engage in a discussion of two selected leading-edge topics. Following these sessions, the full group will assemble for a panel presentation designed to further explore the issues that have been raised in the smaller groups or to introduce new topics of particular interest. This format offers a unique opportunity to interact and share best practices with your senior-level colleagues.
