Hardcopy materials must be ordered in advance. If attending in person, you may place your order at the program for the registrant price of $25 plus applicable taxes. This pricing is only available up to the day of the program.
We reserve the right to change program content, speakers and locations without notice.
Published program materials can be expected to arrive with in 1–2 weeks after purchase.
Media/Video/Audio streams can be viewed immediately from the "password protected" area of our web site known as "Digital Goods Pick-Up".
Registration fee less $50.00 plus applicable taxes for a full day and $25.00 plus applicable taxes for a part day is refundable if cancellation is received at least five working days before the program date.
Transfers (e.g. from live attendance to webcast) will not be accepted within two days before the program date.
A registrant unable to attend may send a substitute.
No refunds will be provided for digital/electronic products such as AccessCLE articles, Live Webcasts, PDFs, video streams, audio streams and media streams.
Publication purchase price less $10 (plus applicable taxes) is refundable for items returned within 30 days of purchase in a condition suitable for resale.

Legal services providers with annual net incomes below $35,000 can qualify for a 50% reduction off the regular price of most Law Society CPD programs, and reductions of up to 50% off the regular price of most Law Society CPD publications.
To be eligible for a reduction in price, applications must be submitted a minimum of 10 days before the date of any CPD program for which a bursary is sought. Bursary is awarded on annual basis, to lawyers and paralegals, based on a calendar year. Application information is held in strict confidence.
